Fabricație in atelierul nostru de producție - Ambalaje fastuoase
One way is to hear to what people have to tell us about their culture and how they see they are ready to battle for recovering ancien tastes or for creating new ones.
This process led us to reinvent a praline with the safran grown up in the area of Timisoara. The tasting of the final product requires quite a palat because, unlike when used in hot dishes like paella or sea fish soup, the coloring produced by the safran is not or prime interest. What we are looking for is a taste and for safran this taste is very thin in chocolate and comes very late during tasting. Nevertheless is it an experience to make.
More recently, we made various versions of pralines with lavanda. The one we used first came from the area of Craiova but then came a request from a producer from the romanian moldova. The plant has a biautiful odor and is excellently transformed in eau de lavande or in lavanda oil to incorporate in many different products ranging from soap to insect repulsor.
Our aim is to extract the best of the taste of the lavanda. Thus we mixed extracts with banana, with gianduja, with sabayon. We are now proud to make these products available through our collaborative experiment "LAVANDA ROCK" (Manjesti city, Vaslui county)
An aditional way for colaborative activity is through gastronomic and fine wine tasting. Incredible experiments can be made with chocolate as such, as condiment, but as artisanal praline producer we can can also do as chef does when aproaching wine to their creations. We did this experiment with a selection of excellent romanian wines from Domeniul Coroanei Segarcea south of Craiova in DOlj, and repeated this experiment with a selection of Italian wines imported and made available at Industry wine bar in the old Bucharest. The chocolate/wine associations are now available at the respective adresses.
As we said Chocolate is a special product. At home, or with friends, it has always something to tell.
